Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in Camden and Burlington Counties, NJ. This role offers flexible evening shifts, paid trach and vent training, and the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Willingness to work with clients requiring trach and vent care
• Must be willing to work in Camden and Burlington Counties

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients
• Follow treatment plans and doctor orders
• Assess and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
