You'll join Europe's leading freelance marketplace as a Talent Acquisition student, sourcing top-tier talent and crafting an exceptional candidate experience. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment, working 15-20 hours/week in a flexible hybrid model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and careers website.
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools.
• Screen and assess candidates for fit before passing to TA managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
• Available for 15-20 hours/week.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Highly organized and eager to learn.
