💼 About This Role

You'll define the roadmap and product requirements for Waymo's autonomous driving planner and behaviors, working with AI/ML and Planning technologies. Your work will directly enable the Waymo Driver to scale across domestic and international markets, shaping the future of safe mobility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop roadmap and product requirements for planner and driving behaviors.
• Work with PMs and cross-functional teams to identify long-term product focus areas.
• Investigate real-world data to define requirements and guide engineering trade-offs.
• Align cross-functionally with Operations, System Engineering, and other teams.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of product management experience.
• Ability to dissect large data and turn it into product vision and strategy.
• Proven ability to dig deep into problems using technical tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in technical field or MBA.
• Prior experience in AV, ML, or Robotics.
• Experience delivering products with new technology introduction.
