Description

You will lead the technical delivery of ShareGate's new Backup feature, owning the architecture, defining the long-term technical vision, and building the team. You'll work on high-impact technical work, including writing specifications, using AI development tools, and collaborating with Product and Design to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery of Backup feature
• Design and develop reliable, automated, and easy-to-use backup system
• Define and champion spec-driven development workflow
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and customers to validate solutions
• Mentor developers, grow team, influence technical decisions
