You'll drive strategic growth initiatives as the right hand of the C-level team, owning go-to-market projects across enterprise sales, revenue operations, and customer success. You'll break down silos between commercial and product teams to exceed OKRs. This role offers massive impact and a fast track to senior leadership in a high-growth ConTech scale-up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own go-to-market projects across enterprise sales, revenue operations, and customer success
  • Identify inefficiencies in funnels and develop data-driven pricing and sales cycle optimizations
  • Act as liaison between commercial teams and product/tech, breaking down silos
  • Prepare board meetings and make pre-decisions on C-level matters

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or comparable high-growth B2B SaaS role
  • Strong affinity for B2B software metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Proficiency in financial/commercial modeling and data-driven decision making
  • Native-level German and excellent English communication skills

  • Experience in GTM strategy, sales excellence, or pricing projects
  • Background in ConTech or real estate tech
