💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical data management strategy and operations across one or more programs at a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. You'll ensure data integrity and timeliness to support regulatory submissions and key development decisions. This hands-on role offers the chance to shape data management standards within a growing pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data management activities across multiple clinical programs.
• Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle: start-up, build, review, lock.
• Drive vendor oversight and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish and enhance data management standards and SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years clinical data management in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience with EDC systems (Veeva, Medidata RAVE).
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA regulations, and CDISC standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior people management experience.
• Experience leading Phase 3 trial and Health Authority interactions.
• Advanced or innovative use of AI tools.
