Description

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components for SpaceX's rocket development and testing programs. Your work supports the mission of enabling human life on Mars by ensuring reliable electrical infrastructure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed electrician
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights up to 500ft, in confined spaces, and with high voltage
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and components
• Install and repair motor control centers, motor circuits, and disconnects
• Troubleshoot and maintain generators, transfer switches, and surge protection devices
• Install grounding and lightning protection systems
• Install and troubleshoot commercial lighting, receptacles, panels, circuits, and controls
