Description

You will develop and scale the Lightning AI platform from the frontend, CLI, and API to billing, security, and integrations. You'll take ownership of key features from proof of concept to release, working with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build groundbreaking AI technology.

Requirements

• Extensive experience writing efficient, maintainable code in Go
• Broad knowledge of backend and frontend systems, building and scaling APIs, CLI tools, billing, security
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable system design
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ownership of key features and end-to-end development

Responsibilities

• Write readable/testable/efficient code in Go (Golang)
• Deliver new features, improve system stability, and increase performance
• Set technical direction for large projects
• Evaluate and strengthen technical architecture, tools, and processes
• Mentor and coach engineers on system design and problem-solving
