🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain forecasts for services delivery across offerings.
• Build systems for resource scheduling and utilization reporting.
• Design and evolve dashboards for service delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across tooling and rhythms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, or delivery enablement.
• Strong data analysis skills using Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau.
• Experience managing or supporting resource allocation or delivery capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting Professional Services or consulting team.
• Familiarity with delivery scheduling tools like Precursive or Mavenlink.
• Experience with revenue models and project-based delivery.
