You'll lead sales strategy and execution for the largest Transportation Management System in the market, following the merger of two industry leaders. Your core impact includes building and scaling the sales organization, owning revenue targets, and driving cross-functional alignment. This role offers a rare ground-floor opportunity to shape a newly unified sales org and make a lasting impact on a category-leading TMS platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
- Lead as player-coach supporting SEs on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
- Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations.
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 10+ years in senior leadership.
- 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile tech.
- Proven track record scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated experience building sales organizations with repeatable frameworks.
