🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute People Programs strategy to foster high-performance culture
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and performance management programs
• Manage People Operations team and refine capacity model
• Lead internal communication strategies for globally distributed teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing and scaling People Programs in global environment
• Proven ability to balance global programs with local cultural and legal nuances
• Strong analytical skills to translate people data insights into actionable strategies
• Experience leading company-wide messaging and executive communications
