Description

You will develop and improve manufacturing methods for satellite production, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure scalability, quality, and cost efficiency. Your work directly supports building the world's first global cellular broadband network in space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering or equivalent experience
• For mid-level: 3+ years manufacturing environment experience
• Experience with pFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen events
• Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing equipment
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assess new product designs for manufacturability and recommend improvements
• Develop and implement manufacturing methods and processes
• Conduct proof-of-principle studies for new processes and technologies
• Perform detailed process design including layouts, tooling, and documentation
• Continuously improve production methods using Six Sigma and Lean
