💼 About This Role

You'll deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents in a hybrid setting, working with an interdisciplinary team to address root causes of mental health challenges. This role offers flexible scheduling and immediate referrals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices.
• Build therapeutic relationships and educate patients and families on approaches.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain thorough records.

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year experience with children and adolescent patients
• Minimum 1 year experience in telehealth or virtual setting
• Commit to 8+ hours/week after 4pm weekdays and weekends
