💼 About This Role

You'll join our client's Seattle-based AI team to develop and deploy generative AI and agentic AI solutions for identity intelligence and fraud prevention. You'll partner with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to build scalable real-world AI systems. This role balances research, experimentation, and hands-on product impact in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy generative AI and agentic AI solutions
• Design and deploy agentic AI systems with tool usage and planning
• Pre-train or fine-tune foundational large language models
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions at scale

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in CS, AI, or related with focus on generative AI or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years applied research in AI
• Experience with large language models, agentic systems, or graph neural networks
• Hands-on deployment of AI-powered products in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RLHF/DPO, LoRA/PEFT, and distributed training
• AWS certifications related to generative AI
• Published research at top-tier conferences
