You'll coordinate with People Management and other functions to meet centralized deliverables, and develop training plans for officials and volunteers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sport workforce planning for testing, test events, and Games-time
• Coordinate with People Management on workforce recruitment and training
• Manage National Technical Officials and Sport Skilled Volunteers candidate pool
• Project manage headcount planning for Competition Management and Sport Planning Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in project and program management, ideally in sports industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working cross-functionally on project delivery
• Fluent with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
