You'll lead Games-time workforce planning for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring a skilled sport workforce across all sports. You'll coordinate with People Management and other functions to meet centralized deliverables, and develop training plans for officials and volunteers. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a historic Games and shape the workforce strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead sport workforce planning for testing, test events, and Games-time
- Coordinate with People Management on workforce recruitment and training
- Manage National Technical Officials and Sport Skilled Volunteers candidate pool
- Project manage headcount planning for Competition Management and Sport Planning Operations
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in project and program management, ideally in sports industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working cross-functionally on project delivery
- Fluent with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
