You'll lead Games-time workforce planning for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring a skilled sport workforce across all sports. You'll coordinate with People Management and other functions to meet centralized deliverables, and develop training plans for officials and volunteers. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a historic Games and shape the workforce strategy.

  • Lead sport workforce planning for testing, test events, and Games-time
  • Coordinate with People Management on workforce recruitment and training
  • Manage National Technical Officials and Sport Skilled Volunteers candidate pool
  • Project manage headcount planning for Competition Management and Sport Planning Operations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in project and program management, ideally in sports industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working cross-functionally on project delivery
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Olympic or Paralympic Games planning
  • Knowledge of National Governing Bodies and sport community
