You'll own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio, engaging customers 90–120 days out. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success, driving cross-functional consensus. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full renewal cycle, engaging customers 90–120 days out
  • Orchestrate internal alignment across Sales, Legal, Finance, and CS
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities
  • Maintain renewal data in Salesforce and flag churn risks

📋 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of SaaS renewals or account management experience
  • Negotiation experience navigating procurement and decision-makers
  • Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
