You'll own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio, engaging customers 90–120 days out. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success, driving cross-functional consensus. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full renewal cycle, engaging customers 90–120 days out
- Orchestrate internal alignment across Sales, Legal, Finance, and CS
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities
- Maintain renewal data in Salesforce and flag churn risks
📋 Requirements
- 3-4 years of SaaS renewals or account management experience
- Negotiation experience navigating procurement and decision-makers
- Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Global mindset working across EMEA, APAC, LATAM
