You'll join a small team within Alan building Mo, an intelligent LLM-based health companion. You'll scale the mobile experience to serve millions of members and integrate with Alan's healthcare platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver a snappy, delightful chatting experience on mobile
• Scale systems to serve 100x more users with low latency
• Integrate Mo with other Alan services like digital chat and prevention programs
• Extend agentic architecture to support new features and countries

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Mobile development expertise
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks)
• Product-minded with a focus on impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs or traditional ML
• Experience with ML ops or agentic architectures
• Fluent in English (French not required)
