Description

You will own end-to-end hiring for tech roles at ComplyAdvantage, partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. This role goes beyond sourcing—you'll drive strategy, market insights, and an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

• 1+ years in recruiting, ideally in-house in fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage talent in meaningful conversations about company vision

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles including sourcing, interview strategy, and offer negotiation
• Act as consultant to hiring managers with market insights and data
• Develop inclusive sourcing strategies and engage diverse tech communities
• Craft compelling employer brand narratives to attract talent
• Refine assessment tools, interview frameworks, and hiring playbooks
