You'll draft, review, and negotiate provider and partnership agreements, while providing legal guidance on market expansion. This role sits at the intersection of legal and commercial, enabling growth with sharp judgment and high emotional intelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide legal guidance on market expansion and payor channels
• Conduct regulatory review across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage day-to-day legal workflow and triage priorities

📋 Requirements

• Law firm experience in commercial contracting for technology transactions
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably healthcare
• Proven ability to negotiate and close commercial agreements at pace
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks (AKS, Stark, MSO)

• Experience advising on multi-jurisdictional deals
• Comfort using AI and technology tools for contract management
• Background in healthcare law including data privacy and security
