💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute all phases of LCMS projects as a lead scientist, from sample preparation to data analysis. You'll act as a technical expert, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute phases of LCMS projects including sample preparation and method development
• Act as lead scientist providing work instructions and training to junior staff
• Manage client communication and ensure timeline adherence
• Set up and change instrument configurations for various LCMS methods

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience with LC-MS/MS
• 2-3 years of experience in a Principal Investigator role
• Experience with bioanalytical sample preparation and quantitative LC-MS/MS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with proteins and peptides as well as small molecule biomarkers
• Experience with Reversed Phase and Hilic chromatography at analytical and micro/nano flow rates
• Protein digestions and immunoaffinity enrichments (hybrid LCMS)
