You'll drive data science vision and strategy for Listing Quality using ML and AI to improve product listings on Faire's marketplace. You'll leverage deep learning, multi-modal LLMs, and human-in-the-loop training to tackle challenges like image/text quality and duplicate detection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive data science vision for Listing Quality.
• Use deep learning and LLM fine-tuning for product quality.
• Act as lead on cross-functional Listing Quality pod.
• Design and implement ML solutions end-to-end.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning.
• Experience with relevant business problems like e-commerce.
• Experience with LLM fine tuning, deep learning, or human-in-the-loop ML.
• Strong programming skills.

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Previous experience in listing quality for e-commerce.
• Experience deploying LLM inference systems at scale.
