You'll lead a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling AI-powered customer experience solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Your core impact is driving new business revenue and shaping GTM strategy for the region. This role offers the chance to shape a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $61M in funding.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage, hire, and train a team of Enterprise Sales Directors
- Coach sales directors on deal size, win rate, and forecasting
- Build executive relationships with Named Enterprise accounts
- Deliver revenue growth plan and ensure forecast accuracy
📋 Requirements
- Enterprise software sales leadership experience in CX, AI, Cloud, or SaaS
- Track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth tech companies
- Value-based selling with C-suite and IT stakeholders
- MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodology experience

- Experience selling AI, automation, or CX solutions
- Familiarity with financial services, telecom, travel, hospitality, logistics, or retail sectors
