You'll lead a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling AI-powered customer experience solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Your core impact is driving new business revenue and shaping GTM strategy for the region. This role offers the chance to shape a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $61M in funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, hire, and train a team of Enterprise Sales Directors
  • Coach sales directors on deal size, win rate, and forecasting
  • Build executive relationships with Named Enterprise accounts
  • Deliver revenue growth plan and ensure forecast accuracy

📋 Requirements

  • Enterprise software sales leadership experience in CX, AI, Cloud, or SaaS
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth tech companies
  • Value-based selling with C-suite and IT stakeholders
  • MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodology experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or CX solutions
  • Familiarity with financial services, telecom, travel, hospitality, logistics, or retail sectors
