Description

As a tech lead on the Dispatching & Partner Integrations team, you will architect and build scalable cloud services and APIs for autonomous vehicle fleet management, working with product managers and designers to deliver features that impact commercial operations at scale.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years software development experience with large-scale backend systems
• Deep expertise in cloud development and distributed systems
• Experience with Product Management and UI/UX teams
• Experience in leadership role driving technical strategy and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Autonomy, and Operation Stakeholders to deliver features
• Architect and build scalable cloud services for real-time and offline data flows
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Design complex systems from the ground up
• Mentor and grow senior engineers, raising the technical bar
