💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the GTM product enablement system at OpenAI, working at the intersection of Product and GTM to translate complex AI products into field execution. You'll design launch workflows and feedback loops that keep pace with rapid product development and shape both GTM and product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to end-to-end product enablement system across onboarding and launches
• Translate complex technical products into clear GTM narratives and playbooks
• Establish feedback loops from GTM to Product to inform roadmap decisions
• Define and track metrics like ramp time and product adoption

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling enablement programs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate technical products into business value
• Deep operational rigor with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments

• Experience building with AI and rolling out AI-driven learning experiences
