💼 About This Role

You'll join the National Screening Team as a Volunteer Screening Coordinator, guiding prospective mentors through the screening process for iMentor's youth mentoring program. Your work will directly support building high-impact relationships that drive student success. This fully remote, seasonal role offers excellent benefits and a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 18-20 phone interviews per week assessing applicant suitability
• Manage volunteer data using Salesforce and Outlook
• Provide customer service and guide applicants through intake
• Manage pipeline communications and follow risk management protocols

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years professional experience in nonprofits, customer service, or related
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Typing speed of 40-60 WPM for transcription
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
