💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of R&D and production, translating product designs into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions. You will develop tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes for high-volume production of home robotics at Matic. Your work will directly impact the path from prototype to self-sustaining manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop production fixtures, tooling, and QC equipment.
• Collaborate with product design, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Perform FMEA, root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Create and maintain CAD models and manufacturing documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design for high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sensors, motors, or fluid systems.
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems.
• Experience working on shipped consumer products.
