💼 About This Role

You'll join Okta's Employee Relations Compliance team to conduct sensitive workplace investigations and support positive employee engagement. Your work ensures fair, equitable outcomes across the company, shaping how we handle complex employee concerns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct investigations into sensitive employee relations issues including EEO concerns
• Coach People Business Partners and managers on ER and performance management
• Support performance management and position elimination matters
• Collaborate to refine ER function and develop training

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant employee relations experience
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Demonstrated sound judgment and experience assessing risk
• Ability to influence strategy and decisions through trust

• Advanced degree or law degree with employment law specialization
• Experience supporting international employees and investigations
• Experience with international performance management
