Description

You will architect and develop advanced features to shape PubMatic's performance platform, optimizing ad formats and leveraging machine learning to enhance bid efficiency and campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with Performance DSP goals and drive advertiser ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years engineering experience at a Performance DSP
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising workflows, RTB, audience targeting, and bid strategies
• Deep understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems and SDKs
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Ad-Server/Bidder architecture, and Gen-AI
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Mathematics

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop features to optimize interstitial video, rewarded video, and display ad formats
• Design product offering to boost auction efficiency and align with Performance DSP workflows
• Leverage machine learning to enhance bid efficiency, campaign performance, and ad delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, CTO) on technical solutions
• Optimize attribution tracking, user value modeling, and ML-driven performance enhancements
