You'll supervise a manufacturing support team in a cGMP environment to ensure safe and compliant daily operations. You'll coordinate media preparation, material kitting, and GMP cleaning to enable on-time production. This role is critical for maintaining operational continuity at a cell therapy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance for the manufacturing support team
• Assign and coordinate daily workload across media prep, material kitting, and GMP cleaning
• Ensure manufacturing documentation (batch records, EBRs) is completed correctly and on time
• Coordinate shift coverage and communicate risks to management

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Experience with batch records and SOPs in a regulated setting
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
