💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Science Machine Learning Operations team, designing and building production-grade AI/ML solutions for Wargaming's flagship titles like World of Tanks and World of Warships. You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver model-driven insights and products that impact millions of players. This role offers the unique challenge of taking AI/ML prototypes from concept to scalable production systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and enhance AI/ML models and training pipelines by analyzing large internal datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable, model-driven insights and solutions.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of AI/ML-powered services and products.
• Develop lightweight, interactive model-backed web applications for business users.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Data Scientist or research-focused ML Engineer.
• Proven track record of applying data science techniques to solve business problems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the data/AI/ML ecosystem.
• Experience building end-to-end model training and feature engineering pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• Experience with deep learning for image processing or time series analysis.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud environments like AWS.
