You'll join a founding co-located team in Mexico City building our Supply Chain product module, collaborating with Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Product Manager, and Designer to drive product and architecture vision. You'll lead by example writing performant, well-crafted code across the stack and foster a culture of technical excellence and efficient execution. This role stands out as an opportunity to bootstrap a new office and set its culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own the Supply Chain product module
• Collaborate with EM, TL, PM, and Designer on product and architecture
• Write performant, tested, and maintainable code
• Foster technical excellence and efficient execution within the team

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building products with JavaScript/TypeScript or similar OOP language
• Strong back-end development skills
• Experience building enterprise products
• Experience in a multi-national distributed engineering organization
