Description

In this role, you will empower customers and partners to build AI-driven conversational experiences. You'll lead the design of virtual assistants and user journeys, supporting onboarding and solution delivery as a subject matter expert in conversational design.

Requirements

• 3+ years conversation/UX design experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in multimodal user experience
• Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts
• Understanding of Large-Language-Models and prompting
