You'll act as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, and fundraising. This role tackles the highest-priority initiatives and helps build the company's first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad for someone fast and dependable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with Founder to drive market entry strategy and execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans to source and close talent
• Support fundraising efforts including materials and investor coordination
• Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency – does not wait for instructions and moves independently
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
