💼 About This Role

You'll oversee cultivation operations at a leading cannabis company, managing a team and coordinating site projects. Your work ensures high-quality yields and compliance with SOPs. This role connects site and corporate resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations including environmental monitoring and control systems.
• Train and lead a cultivation team of agents and supervisors.
• Maintain, track, and audit SOPs and KPIs for the cultivation department.
• Delegate tasks and conduct weekly inventory checks to ensure compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial agriculture or manufacturing experience, cannabis preferred.
• 3+ years managing and developing an hourly workforce.
• Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Plant Science, or related field preferred.
• Advanced experience with Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables.

✨ Nice to Have

• Cannabis cultivation experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and health.
