πΌ About This Role
You'll lead commercial health plan reimbursement strategy for a medical device company, driving payer coverage, negotiations, and market access operations. This role directly impacts patient access to innovative kidney stone treatments.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute commercial reimbursement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead engagement with national and regional commercial health plans.
- Manage escalation of payer policy disputes and coverage barriers.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Market Access Manager team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, and Medical Affairs.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in reimbursement or market access in medical devices.
- Commercial health plan experience including policy review and negotiations.
- People management experience with team performance accountability.

- Advanced degree in health policy or public health.
- Experience with payer data sources and claims datasets.
- Familiarity with coding, payment, and site-of-service considerations.
