💼 About This Role

You'll provide customer service to airline passengers, handling check-in, boarding, and baggage. You'll ensure FAA compliance and enforce safety measures. Training is provided for all new hires.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process tickets, check baggage, assign seats.
• Handle denied boarding and re-accommodate customers.
• Enforce safety/security measures and monitor sensitive zones.
• Assist customers with special needs.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid and unexpired driver's license

🚩 Heads Up

• Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs.
• Must attend required training before becoming active.
• May require working in extreme weather conditions.
