Description

You'll lead finance workstreams for new market launches, strategic initiatives, and M&A projects, ensuring strong financial foundations and compliance. You will build financial models, manage cross-functional teams, and provide insights to senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• 5–7+ years finance, consulting, or project-based roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead finance readiness for new market entries (entity setup, licensing, regulatory requirements)
• Drive cross-functional execution with Tax, Treasury, Reporting, Revenue, and FP&A teams
• Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for expansion and M&A
• Build and own financial models, ROI analyses, and sensitivity scenarios for senior stakeholders
• Enable scalable finance operations and transition from launch to steady-state
