You'll lead large-scale transformation initiatives within the finance organization at Perk, a fast-growing travel and spend management platform. You'll develop and implement innovative technology solutions to optimize processes and systems. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency and drive organizational change across a global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior finance leadership to define transformation goals and objectives
• Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Conduct current state assessments and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with IT, product, and engineering to define future system architecture

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting operational experience
• Proven success leading transformative organizational work
• Ability to shift between business and technology conversations
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and generative AI
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
