You'll step into Montessori classrooms as needed, maintaining a calm and engaging learning environment for children ages 0–6. This flexible, on-call role is a great way to gain experience and potentially transition to a full-time Assistant Teacher position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and activities across mixed-age groups
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
