๐ผ About This Role
You'll support the day-to-day execution of enablement programs for Cloudbeds' global Sales teams, ensuring they have the resources and training they need. Your work will directly impact how quickly new hires ramp and how effectively the revenue team adopts tools and processes. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a global team in a fast-growing hospitality tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support inbound Sales questions and manage internal support channels
- Maintain and organize knowledge systems (Guru and other tools)
- Create and manage enablement resources like Salesloft playlists and guides
- Support onboarding programs including kickoff coordination and survey tracking
๐ Requirements
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, or Customer Support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting onboarding or training programs
- Familiarity with Salesloft, Guru, AI Tools, or LMS platforms
- Experience working in SaaS or a high-growth environment
