You'll administer and support Azure hosted applications and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance. You'll monitor system health, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Azure hosted applications across dev, test, and production environments.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Respond to and resolve system alerts and incidents.
• Manage support tickets through Fresh Service portal.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of enterprise software support or infrastructure administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including monitoring and alerting.
• Familiarity with web services and RESTful API architectures including JSON.
• Ability to write and use Kusto (KQL) queries for monitoring and troubleshooting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and AGR Dynamics.
