🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive outreach
• Advise on market trends and compensation competitiveness

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience
• B2B SaaS recruitment experience preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS like Lever
• Excellent communication skills in English
