You'll join Compass to deliver world-class client service to real estate agents, crafting strategic marketing plans that maximize their budgets. You'll shape the agent experience at scale, collaborating across teams to drive impactful marketing strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult with agents to identify marketing needs and build strategic plans.
• Create templated creative work using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Liaise between design team and agents to coordinate larger projects.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to inform future strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
