• Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales in the oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and team target achievement
• Train, guide, and motivate team members

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding and field operations
• Smartphone, bike, and helmet required

• Experience in POS/EDC device sales
• Post-graduation preferred
• Familiarity with metrics-based sales tracking
