💼 About This Role

You'll assist students with diverse needs in classroom settings, providing one-on-one support and small group instruction. You'll implement individualized education plans and monitor student progress to ensure access to the general curriculum. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships and fostering student success in a supportive school environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with individual students on a one-to-one basis, implementing health plans.
• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences.
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluations.
• Establish rapport to improve behavior, educational performance, and social relationships.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree or 48+ college units or passing state assessment
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans
