Description

You will act as the merchant's representative within Riskified, managing a book of 5-10 high-value enterprise clients with $6M-$15M+ ACV. You'll develop strategic account plans, build C-suite relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing large strategic enterprise accounts with $5-10M+ annual revenue
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and experience with C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven storytelling abilities
  • Deep understanding of payments, fraud, and ecommerce landscape preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with client goals
  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships across enterprise customers
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Leverage data and KPIs to monitor account health and growth potential
  • Navigate complex deal cycles including pricing strategy and contract negotiations
