• Lead facilities operations including janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, and maintenance
• Improve safety and efficiency through regular auditing and continuous improvement
• Manage third-party service providers to meet corporate standards
• Develop and execute site improvement projects aligned with business strategy
• Manage maintenance and repair of buildings, HVAC, septic, and grounds

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 4+ years of professional experience in construction or facilities maintenance
• 1+ years of leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
• 6+ years of construction or facilities maintenance experience
• Experience with asset management software
