You'll drive promotions and pricing strategies through data-driven analysis, working cross-functionally to optimize performance and responsible growth for a fintech credit card product. Your insights will directly influence who we serve and how we scale the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize promotional and pricing strategies using data analysis and experimentation
• Build financial forecasts and monitor portfolio performance at granular sub-segment level
• Evaluate new product, channel, and segment expansion opportunities with commercial frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies and validate outcomes in production

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python

• Experience managing or mentoring analytical teams
• Experience in an FCA-regulated financial services firm
