💼 About This Role

You'll teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post licensing courses both in-person and online. You'll help students understand material through insightful lessons and real-world examples. This role offers flexibility with mornings, evenings, and weekend classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Actively engage with students in classroom and online
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology for online instruction
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active NC real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• State approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post licensing
• Computer with HD camera and microphone and quiet, dedicated office space

✨ Nice to Have

• DREI certification
• Previous instruction or training experience
• Flexibility to teach weekends and evenings

🚩 Heads Up

• Requires state approval but no indication of support for obtaining it
• Part-time role with up to 29 hours per week, yet requires significant qualifications and experience
