💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise-wide transformation of outsourcing across game development, player support, and corporate functions. You'll define and execute a global strategy to consolidate, standardize, and optimize a fragmented outsourcing landscape. This role reports directly to the Group COO and has a clear transformation mandate to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement a target operating model for outsourcing governance
• Rationalize the global vendor portfolio across development, player support, and corporate services
• Establish consistent KPIs and SLAs for cost, quality, and delivery timelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices via the Centre of Excellence

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in outsourcing or vendor management across multiple domains
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise outsourcing transformations
• Experience across product-facing and corporate functions (e.g., development, QA, Finance)
• Strong commercial expertise including complex vendor negotiations and cost optimization

• Experience managing global player support/BPO environments (24/7, multilingual)
